How it works

From first conversation to final session.

Here is exactly what to expect when you bring Character in Competition to your team. No guesswork, no surprises.

1

We talk about your team

Every team is different. We start with a brief conversation to understand your organization, your athletes, your season schedule, and what you're hoping to build. From there, we put together a plan that fits your calendar and your goals.

2

We schedule your sessions

Character in Competition is delivered in five on-site sessions, each 40 minutes. Sessions can be added to the beginning or end of a practice — no extra travel, no extra time commitment beyond what you're already doing. One a week, two in a day, or all five before the season kicks off. We map out every date before we begin so nothing sneaks up on you.

Five 40-minute sessions · fully flexible scheduling
3

We come to you

A trained facilitator comes directly to your facility and delivers each session to your athletes. You don't need to prepare anything, lead any discussions, or be in the room. After each session, your coaching staff receives a brief summary of what was covered and simple ways to reinforce it at practice.

On-site · zero prep for coaches
4

Athletes do the work

Each session is interactive, age-appropriate, and built specifically for the dynamics of competitive girls' sports. Athletes aren't lectured — they participate, reflect, and build something together. By the end of five sessions, they have real tools they can use the very next day.

Up to 20 athletes per session
5

You see the results

Before the first session and after the last, athletes complete a short anonymous survey. You receive a summary of what changed — concrete data you can share with your administration, your board, or your parents. No guesswork. No wondering if it worked.
